Andbrand itself bad now for many area.All because of pooer customer service and relationship managers.
I have ERGO HDFC insurance ,bad experience in 2020,nobody taking responsibility to attended the qry and resolve issues and not renewing for next with them.
FD account ,bad exprience with their application and not cabable of relationship manager ,not helping to fix the issues.
Finally i faced problem with HDFC security also , poor customer service in term of communication, attending the calls, resolving issue.
